11.6.1. Selecting the media
WarningIf you select the media, the upgrade will start at once. There are no "Are you sure" or "Last Chance" messages.
If you abort or cancel the upgrade you will need to do some manual cleanup. The existing kernel was moved to kernel.prev and will need to be restored:
# mv /kernel.prev /kernel
A copy was made of the /etc directory to /usr/tmp/etc. This is not needed and can be removed:
# rm -rf /usr/tmp/etc
